When the forecast for Wednesday's makeup date provided more of the same, Wildermuth, Jefferson's transition coordinator, and the rest of the school's participating teachers, counselors and administrators adjusted the plans and modified the events to bring them indoors. When the initial date was postponed due to rain last week, some of Wildermuth's students were devastated. The event is one of the few times during the school year that they get the opportunity to congregate with their friends and compete after school.
